Priority direction of activity of our design organisation is complex designing inhabited and office buildings, shopping centres, industrial objects, warehouse complexes and the logistical centres of all categories of complexity, objects of a road economy and an accomplishment, highways, bridges, overpasses and platforms.

The basic directions of activity of LLC ODESPROMSTROY:

I. Predesign works and services:

1. Working out of the town-planning documentation;
2. Engineering services (gathering of specifications and the coordination of the design documentation);
3. Performance of technical inspection and delivery of the conclusions of a technical condition of buildings, constructions and engineering networks.

II. Performance of prospecting works:

1. Performance of engineering-geodetic works;
2. Performance of engineering-geological works.

III. Complex designing, reconstruction and major repairs:

1. Architecturally-building designing of inhabited, administrative, trading and industrial objects of all categories of complexity;
2. Designing Internal platfom and external platform engineering networks, working out of special sections of projects;
3. Complex designing of objects of a road economy, highways, bridges and overpasses, streets, intraquarter journeys, industrial entrances and platforms, the traffic organisation, traffic lightning regulations, schemes of a disposition of traffic signs etc.

IV. Performance of author's and technical supervision.

Some features of activity of LLC Odespromstroy :

1. We carry out functions of the general designer;
2. We develop design stages from outline to the working documentation, separately and together with other design organisations;
3. Performance of separate sections of the documentation by experts of engineering departments under the subcontract contract is possible;
4. Joint activity with representatives of foreign firms on working out of the design documentation is possible.
5. Works are carried out on the basis of the state licences of Ukraine:

- The licence ¹459707ÀÂ on the economic activities connected with creation of objects of architecture, given out by the State architecturally-building inspection;
- The licence ¹342025ÀÂ on performance of the land and cartographical works, given out by Public service of a geodesy, cartography and a cadastre.
